Italian companies will meet the international buyers selected by IMM in collaboration with Italian Trade Agency and the support of International Chambers of Commerce. Supported by the team of Uplink Web Agency, experts in match-making softwares, IMM will create a meeting agenda for each participant (planned before the event), allowing the perfect match between demand and supply. A dedicated Help Desk service, made available by Uplink Web Agency staff upon IMM coordination, will assist the companies from the profiling session, to the so-called Like Session (for the expression of preferences over the meetings) up to the matching phase with the desired professionals.
From Monday 4 to Friday 8 June, the mornings will be dedicated to B2B meetings and technical seminars. In the afternoon the buyers will visit the companies’ headquarters through targeted factory tours, divided into small groups of 4-8 buyers each, to consolidate business relationships with local companies and directly discover the company offer. In the evening, the companies can choose their favorite buyers and become their “business tutors” , inviting them to dinner in town to establish with them closer relations.
